Vince researched and pitched PC Digital Tips, PC Week, Visual Developer, Aberdeen Group, Application Development Trends. Tom did a massive database cleaning (mostly via AppleScript and FileMaker programming): Fixed problems related to uppercase/lowercase confusion, and contact source in the URL field. Segregated uncontacted people by contact source (i.e., which expo), did mail merges to send 200 targeted, personalized e-mails to find out whether those people still cover development tools. Updated database to reflect changes. Flagged many names for further investigation. Deleted duplicates.
